OEEO's Commitment
We are deeply committed to finding ways to effectively prevent, reduce and respond to discrimination and harassment, including sexual misconduct and interpersonal violence. Combating discrimination and harassment, including sexual misconduct and interpersonal violence, requires us to be both proactive and reactive. 兔子先生 provides proactive education and prevention programs, such as Step Up! bystander intervention and It’s On Us. By asking all employees to report, we will be able to respond more effectively when a member of our community experiences such misconduct. We will connect victim/survivors with appropriate professional support services and ensure that our practices address the reported misconduct in a manner that is respectful and fair to all involved.
