Accelerated Portuguese Courses
and are intensive language courses that allow students to complete the equivalent of first-year Portuguese in one semester and second-year Portuguese in one semester. For those with background in Spanish or another Romance language, these courses concentrate on basic skills and allow students to meet the CAS-A language requirement in one year.
The classes use a somatic approach to learning, involving physical movement to enhance the learning process.
