I joined the Student Success Center as the Senior Director in September 2018. As the Senior Director of Student Success and Retention within the Division of Enrollment Management and Student Success, I serve as the divisional liaison for all student success efforts with the goal of supporting students, retention, persistence, and satisfaction ultimately making an impact on the University graduation rates.

Before joining the Student Success Center, I worked in ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú’s Intercollegiate Athletics Academic Support for 10 years. I also held other student-centered roles at Cincinnati State, University of Cincinnati, and Central State University.

I earned my master’s degree in Student Affairs and Higher Education at ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú and a bachelor of arts degree in Broadcast Communication from Bluffton University.
