No, the GRE is not required for admission to the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú University SAHE M.S. program.

We require two reference letters, one from a professor and one from a professional with whom you have worked (for example, a student organization advisor or work supervisor). Letters that address both your in-class and out-of-class experiences assist faculty in assessing your readiness to pursue a graduate degree. Your letters of reference must address your ability to succeed in the program.

Full-time students are eligible to be considered for an assistantship. These 18-20 hour-per-week assistantships are available in the Division of Student Life and other university offices. Assistantships include a tuition waiver and stipend during the academic year. Practicums also provide students with practical experience. They are part of the required curriculum, and students receive academic credit rather than compensation.

Yes, some applicants will be selected to interview for admissions. These “interview days” take place in February on Zoom. In addition to admissions interviews, Interview Days also include assistantship interviews, panels with faculty, students, and alumni, a mock class, and identity-based affinity spaces.
